After extensively chasing down an audio issue with my 2023 rxpx, I decided to start fresh and go with a standalone aftermarket upgrade. Chris did an excellent job choosing, installing, and communicating with me 100% of the way. I gave Chris almost unfair time constraints due to the holiday week coming up, and he was still able to create an innovative solution for me that blows the OEM audio system out of the water, and retaining important stock features the jetski is built with. Beyond happy with choosing The Lab, and Chris to service my investment, and get me back on the water, now turning more heads with a banging sound system. Thanks guys!

We have had four vehicles serviced by The Lab North America over the past year and, based on our experience, cannot recommend them for complex or high end installations. Between my family and I, we have spent a significant amount of money on full color-change PPF, off-road lighting, fuel tanks, tint, and other upgrades. Unfortunately, we experienced repeated issues across multiple vehicles. The problems started with my 2025 Ram 3500 Single Cab, which received a satin black color-change PPF in November 2025. I was quoted 1–2 weeks and $12,000, but the truck was kept for nearly a month. Within days of getting it back, the film began lifting and peeling. When I raised concerns, I was told the issue was not the installation but rather the film itself and that cold New York weather was causing the problems. The Lab offered to remove the satin black film and replace it with army green, assuring me it would perform better. It did not. The replacement film experienced similar issues, and the truck has been back numerous times for repairs. My father’s Ram 2500 and my 2024 Ram 3500 Mega Cab also experienced issues. Love these guys they powder coated my turbo and Beadlock rings and did a fantastic job. The work is extremely professional and was done within the timeframe I asked for. They have helped me make my dream build take a huge leap💛. Overall 10/10 Job.

The tint looks amazing!! Thanks to Justin for explaining everything about tint, and what different types they have. My first time getting tint. The overall experience at The Lab NA was phenomenal. The tint installation only took roughly 30 minutes. No bubbles or anything. Highly recommend them. Thanks.
